Family Friendly. Our whole family loves Original Sprout! It’s become a favorite in our house because it’s gentle enough for everyone, while still leaving our skin feeling clean, soft, and fresh. I love that I can use it for the whole family without needing a different soap for everyone. It has a lovely, light scent and doesn’t leave our skin feeling dry or stripped. It’s one of those product lines that just make bath time easier, and I feel good knowing we’re using something gentle and family-friendly. We definitely keep this one stocked in our house!
I love everything about Original Sprout. Hello, You asked my thoughts on my *new* Original Sprout Deep Conditioner… Original Sprout is not new to me. I learned of your product when my daughter-in-law purchased Original Sprout around 2010/11 for my infant granddaughter. I instantly fell in love with the scent which reminds me of the scent of freesias on a warm Spring day. I loved the scent so much I bought the shampoo and deep conditioner for myself. I have tried many brands of conditioner but typically found them too heavy. Though I have a lot of hair, it’s thin and most conditioners left my hair flat and unmanageable. I was extremely pleased to find I actually loved Original Sprout deep conditioner because it is very light, didn’t weigh my hair down and leaves my hair silky soft and shiny. I also regularly use it as a leave-in conditioner by using a very small amount on the length of my still wet hair which gives my hair that little extra body and fullness. I’ve been a loyal customer of Original Sprout for more than fifteen years now because I’m a firm believer in “if it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it”. Please!!!! Never, ever, ever change the scent of my Original Sprout!! Recently, I was visiting with my now 16 year old granddaughter. Recalling memories of when she was a baby, I told her how much I loved that for all of her younger years she always smelled like my favorite flower because we used Original Sprout on her and asked if she remembered it. She said she did so I asked why she ever stopped using it? She told me “I don’t know. I guess I was getting into beauty products and just wanted to try new things. But I’d definitely use it again because it did smell really good. ” And that brings me to the purchase that elicited this email. As soon as I got home from my trip to visit my granddaughter and her parents, I ordered a bottle of Original Sprout Shampoo and Deep Conditioner for her. I hope she loves it as much as I do! And the bonus is there will be some at their house for me to use when I visit, lol! There you have it…. my thoughts on Original Sprout. Basically, it has been a staple in my household for more than fifteen years and as long as y’all don’t mess with the scent or formula will remain so for the rest of my life. Awful Customer Service!. Arrived damaged, I had to wash everything from the messy box. I understand that such incidents can occur, but when I contacted customer service, they assured me that they would send a replacement for the damaged bottles. However, after a year, I still haven’t received the replacement. I will never purchase from this company again!
Great products. We were introduced to sprouts from a friend of our for their daughter and we love how it works on our daughters hair. We decided it was time to buy multiple products and they are working amazing in her hair. Keep up the great work with these products
Long-time custom. I have used this shampoo/body wash and conditioner since my first daughter was born 12 years ago. My girls always get compliments on how good they smell and how beautiful their hair is. Every time my girls have tried "adult" shampoo, they decide they want to go back to Original Sprout. This is also my go-to baby shower gift for all new moms ;)
Don’t buy!. After spending well over $100 on shampoo, conditioner & baby wash- I expected my package to arrive in tact. This was not the case- the pumps broke in transit and shampoo was spilled all over the inside of the package making a sticky soapy mess. I emailed the company right away and they responded right away asking for pictures/proof. I sent pictures right after and never heard anything back from them. Now I’m out over $100 + had to go to the store and buy products. Horrible customer service.
The best!. I love original sprout products for how clean they are and how wonderful they smell without being overpowering. The conditioner hydrates my hair without weighing it down. I have fine thin graying hair and this is exactly what I needed to keep it hydrated and smooth but not greasy. My daughter has thick hair and she loves it as well. Keeps it smooth and untangled. I also use the leave in conditioner when I style my hair for extra hydration and protection. It also does the job without being greasy on my thin hair!
Costly. I love this product. The smell is mild and really nice and it leaves my daughters hair shiny and soft. No tangles when she gets out of the tub. However, it is pricey and with curly hair you go through a lot of product quickly. When I ordered this I didn’t realize I selected a 3oz tube, which is totally my fault, but the price was almost 13 dollars with tax. Then you have to pay for shipping. So for two 3 ounces bottles I paid 27.99. Next time I will make sure to order the largest size.
Love. Forgot about this company. Babysat years ago for a family that used it - fast forward to now and I have my own four year old. Unhappy with all the kids products I have tried until I remembered Original Sprout! It still works great and smells as good as I remember!

Love the deep conditioner. I have been using the deep conditioner for years, and still try other products to see how they compare, and my Original Sprouts products always seem to leave my hair soft with less frizz especially since I am a swimmer. I'd love to see a line of swim products in the future because I trust your products.
No more tears when brushing hair!. This formula works wonders for my daughters thin wavy tangle prone hair! I apply it to her hair in the shower and comb through with a wet brush. The brush slides right though with ease. I would definitely purchase this again!
