I’ve been using this shampoo on and off for my kids for the past 18 years! Decided to get some for myself this time. I LOVE the scent. It stays in my hair all day. Would love to see a body wash and perfume with this scent. This shampoo keeps my long hair so healthy. It feels thick, strong and so clean. The shampoo lathers well. Also, the reason why I started using this for my kids was because it has safer ingredients than other shampoos. Love it and hope it’s around forever.

I love everything about Original Sprout. Hello, You asked my thoughts on my *new* Original Sprout Deep Conditioner… Original Sprout is not new to me. I learned of your product when my daughter-in-law purchased Original Sprout around 2010/11 for my infant granddaughter. I instantly fell in love with the scent which reminds me of the scent of freesias on a warm Spring day. I loved the scent so much I bought the shampoo and deep conditioner for myself. I have tried many brands of conditioner but typically found them too heavy. Though I have a lot of hair, it’s thin and most conditioners left my hair flat and unmanageable. I was extremely pleased to find I actually loved Original Sprout deep conditioner because it is very light, didn’t weigh my hair down and leaves my hair silky soft and shiny. I also regularly use it as a leave-in conditioner by using a very small amount on the length of my still wet hair which gives my hair that little extra body and fullness. I’ve been a loyal customer of Original Sprout for more than fifteen years now because I’m a firm believer in “if it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it”. Please!!!! Never, ever, ever change the scent of my Original Sprout!! Recently, I was visiting with my now 16 year old granddaughter. Recalling memories of when she was a baby, I told her how much I loved that for all of her younger years she always smelled like my favorite flower because we used Original Sprout on her and asked if she remembered it. She said she did so I asked why she ever stopped using it? She told me “I don’t know. I guess I was getting into beauty products and just wanted to try new things. But I’d definitely use it again because it did smell really good. ” And that brings me to the purchase that elicited this email. As soon as I got home from my trip to visit my granddaughter and her parents, I ordered a bottle of Original Sprout Shampoo and Deep Conditioner for her. I hope she loves it as much as I do! And the bonus is there will be some at their house for me to use when I visit, lol! There you have it…. my thoughts on Original Sprout. Basically, it has been a staple in my household for more than fifteen years and as long as y’all don’t mess with the scent or formula will remain so for the rest of my life. Never Received the Item. I ordered the 32 oz classic shampoo, but never received the item. I contacted the company at both of their email addresses and never received a response to my request to send the item.
Started with the small bottle just to try it, and now I'm hooked! The Hair & Body Babywash, Classic Shampoo, and Classic Conditioner are all amazing. They smell so good, are super gentle, and leave our hair feeling soft. Perfect for the whole family!

I don’t recommend this company. Arrived damaged, I had to wash everything from the messy box. I understand that such incidents can occur, but when I contacted customer service, they assured me that they would send a replacement for the damaged bottles. However, after a year, I still haven’t received the replacement. I will never purchase from this company again!

Long-time custom. I have used this shampoo/body wash and conditioner since my first daughter was born 12 years ago. My girls always get compliments on how good they smell and how beautiful their hair is. Every time my girls have tried "adult" shampoo, they decide they want to go back to Original Sprout. This is also my go-to baby shower gift for all new moms ;)
Miracle detangler. I love using the miracle detangler on my granddaughters long thick curly hair. This is the only product I have found that helps so much with her tangles. This product also smells really good.
Great product! Works well on curly hair. My daughter has very curly hair and it's been hard to brush out her hair! This product not only smells fantastic, it really helps calm her during the tough detangling/brushing process!
Don’t buy!. I made a purchase over $100 only to find all the bottles leaked out everywhere in the horrible packaging. Made a mess on my counter. I sent an email to the company which they responded to right away and asked for picture proof. Then they ghosted me after I sent them the proof. Do not buy!!
Don’t buy!. After spending well over $100 on shampoo, conditioner & baby wash- I expected my package to arrive in tact. This was not the case- the pumps broke in transit and shampoo was spilled all over the inside of the package making a sticky soapy mess. I emailed the company right away and they responded right away asking for pictures/proof. I sent pictures right after and never heard anything back from them. Now I’m out over $100 + had to go to the store and buy products. Horrible customer service.
Cleans without drying scalp. I love this shampoo for the clean ingredients, the lather that doesn’t just add more build up but cleanses without drying my scalp. I live in drier climate and only wash my hair every few days. I can get my hair clean with this while it also moisturizes without weighing my hair down.
